Women's Health

Helping women to thrive in their 40's and 50's

Meet Elisa

Registered Nutritional Therapist

Hi I'm Elisa, a Registered Nutritionist (mBANT), Nutritional Therapist (CNHCReg) and female health specialist.

I am also a yoga teacher and come from a background in Psychology. I am currently studying an Applied Neuroscience MSc at Kings College London.

All of my study, work and personal experience up to now has focused on managing and ameliorating the impact of stress on women's health (including my own) and optimising hormonal balance, brain health and mental well-being.

I support women online with:

I also work with employers:

  • To address the impact of menopause in the workplace, supporting their female employees with nutrition and lifestyle programmes

  • To address the impact of stress in the workplace for all employees with nutrition and lifestyle programmes

  • To support cognitive enhancement and mental well-being in the workplace for all employees with nutrition and lifestyle programmes

We need to do a better job of putting ourselves higher on our own to do list

The common denominator in most of the women I support is that they are in their mid 30’s to 50's and are under huge amounts of stress. This so called "sandwich" generation who are constantly juggling work, households, family and social lives.

They are also constantly putting pressure on themselves to be better and achieve more.

Alongside social media, 24/7 communication through mobile phones and endless to-do lists,  it’s really hard for them to switch off.

Does this resonate?

Unfortunately, our bodies are not designed to cope with constant stress.

Stress can be present in many different forms for different women - not just psychological stress but other stressors such as years of yo-yo dieting, high levels of anti-nutrients such as sugar and alcohol, unbalanced blood sugar levels, digestive issues, poor sleep, and lifestyle habits to name but a few.

We may be able to cope with it for a while, but on-going continual stress in all its forms can cause havoc with our hormones, brain health and mental well-being.

My energy levels and my joy for life have returned. I'm just a nicer person to be around - I thank you and my family thanks you!

Elisa has the ability to explain complex issues with simplicity and clarity. Her calm, warm and caring nature alongside her knowledge and experience have made me feel seen and understood for the first time in a long time. I feel better than I have in years, both mentally and physically

I learnt so much in your group programme and I also felt part of a group that understood what I was going through. Everything just clicked and finally made sense. Thank you.

If you are experiencing brain fog, hot flushes, digestive issues, cold hands and feet, energy slumps, sugar cravings or restless sleep – these are all signs your body is under stress, your brain health is suffering and your hormones are out of balance.

It's time to reassess. I understand that sometimes it's not easy to know where to start, or have the motivation and tools to make these changes. This is where I can help.

My online membership programme Kin: How to thrive in midlife is perfect if you are seeking a community of like minded women where each month you will have access to monthly video content, live Q&A's with a registered Nutritional Therapist and menopause expert (me!), other expert guest speakers, seasonal recipes, yoga and exercise classes as well as a platform to share experiences and listen to inclusive storytelling.

For others, you may need a more in depth investigation of what is at the root cause of your symptoms through functional testing and a personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme. I only see a handful of women for these intensive programmes so that I can fully invest my time and expertise in each client. * Please note there is currently a 2 month waiting list*

I want you to start feeling and looking your best EVERY month. Book a free call with me to see how I can help.

When women start to take care of themselves they become their
