Hi, I'm Elisa

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Functional Medicine Practitioner and a Wahls Protocol® Health Practitioner specialising in supporting women with MS. I have also been a yoga and mindfulness teacher for over 20 years.

I was diagnosed with MS in 2011 and was predicted to be in a wheelchair in less than 5 years. My diagnosis was later revised to PPMS and, after a much worsening of symptoms in 2018, my future didn't look good. However, by focusing on nutrition and lifestyle choices  I have been able to halt disease progression, diminish my symptoms and have given my body the space and resources required to heal, despite being told everything to the contrary.

I am passionate about being the practitioner I wish I had met when I was first diagnosed all those years ago. I'm on a mission to empower as many women with MS as possible to take agency for their own health, regardless of which treatment journey they choose. To get to know themselves and their bodies better, to improve their health and manage their symptoms as well as feeling connected to others who are on a similar healing journey.

I have experienced remarkable transformations in my own health with MS and I would love to be able to do the same for you.

Client Testimonials

I am so incredibly grateful to you for getting my health back. I had no idea that so much could be restored. I no longer feel fatigued, I have no more bloating and I am sleeping for the first time in years. I am able to play in the garden with my daughter - something that I didn't think was possible 6 months ago. Thank you!
