Registered Nutritional Therapist
Hi I'm Elisa, a Registered Nutritionist (mBANT), Nutritional Therapist (CNHCReg) and female health specialist. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2011.
I have been a yoga and mindfulness teacher for 20 years and have a particular interest in the mind/body connection and the psychology of health. Having completed a BSc in Psychology, I am now continuing my studies with an MSc in Applied Neuroscience at Kings College London.
My research is focused on the impact of epigenetics (diet and lifestyle) on multiple sclerosis in women.
I support women online with:

My energy levels and my joy for life have returned. I'm just a nicer person to be around - I thank you and my family thanks you!

Elisa has the ability to explain complex issues with simplicity and clarity. Her calm, warm and caring nature alongside her knowledge and experience have made me feel seen and understood for the first time in a long time. I feel better than I have in years, both mentally and physically

I learnt so much in your group programme and I also felt part of a group that understood what I was going through. Everything just clicked and finally made sense. Thank you.
