Brain Health
The perimenopausal ebb in oestrogens doesn’t just leave women with physical symptoms but also more serious issues such as a weakened memory and sometimes, cognitive decline. Other common “brain symptoms” of menopause include hot flushes and night sweats, brain fog, memory lapses, disturbed sleep, low mood, depression, anxiety, increased stress and low sex drive. Many, if not all of these symptoms can be managed by nutritional and lifestyle interventions which may protect and invigorate the female brain for future healthy ageing.
Hormone Health
Women don't always get the support they need when it comes to their hormones and they can often deal with symptoms for a long time before seeking help. Oestrogen, progesterone, cortisol, insulin and the thyroid hormones all have a powerful role in how we look and feel and it is my mission in my clinic to empower and inspire women to understand how they work and to take back control of them.
