I help women to regain control of their health by balancing their hormones using specific nutrition and lifestyle interventions. I offer bespoke one-to-one Nutrition and Lifestyle packages with or without testing depending on the support required and the complexity of the case.
The programmes includes a thorough health assessment, recommended biochemical testing with analysis as well as a complete dietary & lifestyle evaluation.
From this, a personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme is put together including, where appropriate, targeted supplements. Within the programme I offer individual coaching so that all recommendations are realistic and achievable.
