Introduction to KIN, group connection, and exploring autoimmunity, inflammation, and personal immune triggers.

Week 2 – Nourish & Restore
Gut health, personalised nutrition, supplements, and nutrient testing.
​
Week 3 – Detox, Defend & Renew
Liver health, environmental toxins, and reducing viral/immune load.
​
Week 4 – Balance, Rhythm & Flow
Hormones, cortisol, blood sugar, and sleep/rest rhythms.
​
Week 5 – Rewire, Regulate & Reset
Nervous system support, limbic retraining, and shifting patterns like perfectionism and people-pleasing.

Week 6 – Connect, Express & Belong
The emotional and spiritual anchor of the programme: authentic self-expression, belonging, and community support.
Bonus experiences included: guided meditation, healing sound bowl sessions, and gentle movement classes.
